About the roleAs Prosecutor you will enjoy a busy and varied role where you will manage, prepare and conduct complex prosecutions on behalf of the NHVR.Reporting to a Senior Prosecutor, this position covers the Victorian courts. You will attend regional courts on a regular basis with occasional overnight stays. Given the nature of the role, after-hours work may be required.What's on offerThis is a permanent, full time position based in our Port Melbourne office. This experience will include all facets of trial preparations, working with court procedures, summary procedures and relevant legislation.Crucial to your success is the ability to undertake extensive and complex case management and thrive with the challenge of working to deadlines.
