Your Skills and Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management / leadership rolePrevious experience in commercial facility maintenanceProven experience in external contractor management, including negotiation of maintenance contracts.Experience in and ongoing commitment to Quality Improvement principles.Remuneration: On offer is an hourly rate up to $63.55+ superannuation based on qualifications and experience. Exclusive of penalties and allowances [FTE up to $125,577 per annum]
