What You'll Do Step into an exciting and impactful role where you'll manage the recovery process for home claims, ensuring efficient and effective recovery of costs and losses. Your expertise and negotiation skills will help maximise property recovery outcomes for RAA Insurance, while working closely with key stakeholders. As part of your responsibilities, you'll:

Be a trusted expert on property recovery referrals, providing insights and guidance. Negotiate settlements with responsible parties, including individuals, contractors, and other insurers. Analyse and gather documentation essential to claims, from claim details to legal documents. Maintain clear, ongoing communication with members, claims adjusters, legal representatives, and other relevant parties. Uphold ethical standards in your investigations, ensuring confidentiality and fairness. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with Financial Hardship and Complaint Management. And so much more! Key Skills and Experience We're Looking For: Proven experience in Personal Lines Insurance Claims, Recoveries, or similar roles. Knowledge of recoveries practices, including court procedures and General Insurance Codes of Practice. Strong understanding of privacy principles, dispute resolution processes, and legislative requirements. Exceptional relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels. Outstanding communication and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail. An innovative mindset, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
