Position available – Property management team:Are you looking for a fresh start for the new year? Michael Robinson & Co is seeking an enthusiastic person who is looking for an exciting role full of learning, challenges, and great experiences. The property management position is a full-time permanent position, working hours from Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm, with the occasional Saturday. Experience in property management is preferred, however we could consider a traineeship for the right applicant.About Michael Robinson & co:Michael Robinson & co is a well establish independent and locally run real estate, celebrating over 46 years of business. We are small supportive team who provide property management and sales services to the Forbes community. Working for Michael Robinson & co you will be supported by our senior property management staff and encouraged to complete professional development to enhance your skills.Position description:Day-to-day running of rental propertiesConducting ingoing and outgoing inspectionsPreparation and signing of leasing agreementsConducting routine inspectionsConducting rental reviews and lease renewalsEnsuring tenants rent is paid up to dateOrganising repairs and maintenanceManaging electronic filingPreparation of finalising bond refundsScreening and processing application formsFollow company procedures to a high standardProvide professional customer service to all our clients and tradespeople.The ideal applicant will have:Current certificate of registration or class 2 licenseCurrent driver licenseExceptional organization and prioritising skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenThe ability work well within a team environmentComputer literacy skills for property management software and Microsoft office applicationsA strong work ethic and "can do" attitude.To apply:Please send an up-to-date resume and cover letter outlining why your skills and experience make you the best candidate for this position.
