The Team The firm's premier Corporate M&A practice partner with some of the world's leading corporations, investment banks, financial institutions, governments, and public sector entities, aligning with their business strategies to support their corporate development across various sectors.
The Role  Our client is currently looking to hire an ambitious and experienced Corporate lawyer with a strong track record in Private M&A matters to join their thriving team in Sydney.
As a key member of the team, you will be providing strategic advice on various corporate transactions, including private M&A, private equity and venture capital deals, both within Australia and internationally.
You will foster strong client relationships from the outset, take a central role in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and oversee due diligence processes.
Requirements   The firm are seeking an Australian or New Zealand admitted lawyer with between  4-6 years of post admission experience in Corporate M&A.  Additionally, you will have:  Excellent academic background and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
A keen interest in understanding clients' needs and fostering relationships to help grow the practice's reputation.
The ability to manage competing priorities, tackle complex issues, and remain composed under pressure.
A proactive mindset with the ability to move projects forward.
