Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector, specifically throughout our Central QLD region, we are looking for experienced Property Managers to join our Property Management division, as we mobilise our Anglo American villages in the Middlemount, Moranbah and Moura regions.
This is a rare opportunity to support our Delta FM property division, delivering top tier support services to ensure day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Working with well-regarded clients, the successful candidate will work a Monday-Friday roster, working 11 hour days.
The preferred applicant will live locally or be prepared to drive in and drive out.
Accommodation and meals included via camp accommodation.

The Position Manage existing and new tenanciesEstablish relationships with tenants and the regional landlordAccess and interpret ethical practice and legislation in real estateWork with real estate trust accountsOversee maintenance issues, reporting and following up with our Delta FM Maintenance team and/or subcontractorsProcess applications promptly and efficientlyList properties when they become available for rentManage arrearsConduct entry and exit inspections, along with routine inspectionsReport and perform other ad hoc tasks as requiredThe Person Must have CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.Proven experience in Real Estate Property ManagementMust have a current drivers licenceStrong systems knowledge across a range of software, particularly PropertyMe.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks at any given timeExemplary written and verbal communication skillsStrong ability to problem solve and think outside the boxThe Benefits You will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
