You will be a part of this great Property Management Department as an important part of the team. The role will involve both in and out-of-office tasks, requiring this person to be efficient, organised, and work well autonomously. Training and support are provided to ensure you are successful and happy in the role.
NO weekends, NO Trust Accounting, NO BDM Capped, manageable portfolio of 80-100 properties Liaising with landlords and tenants Completing routines, entries, and exits Managing arrears Repairs & maintenance Carry out regular rent and lease reviews Cloud-based software The Successful Candidate: 12+ months of previous Real Estate experience QLD Certificate of Registration Strong organisational skills & attention to detail Solid written & verbal communication skills Outstanding telephone manner & time management Valid driver's license This is your opportunity to be part of something great with a company that will support your progression.
