Job Responsibilities:
Manage an initial portfolio of 0 properties, gradually building to a cap of around 120 as new business comes in. Act as the primary liaison for landlords, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication. Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders to enhance tenant and owner satisfaction. Conduct rent reviews to ensure competitive pricing and alignment with market trends. Oversee ingoing and outgoing inspections, ensuring properties meet standards and expectations. Perform routine property inspections to maintain quality and identify potential issues. Coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance, liaising with tradespeople for efficient resolutions. Attend NCAT (New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal) sessions as needed, representing the company's interests. Manage property operations without handling accounts directly. TO APPLY:
