THE ROLE:Shared portfolio of 150 propertiesIngoing, outgoing, and routine inspectionsLooking after property maintenanceCommunicating between both landlord and tenantsMaintain arrears, negotiate rent increases and organise lease renewalsAction repairs and maintenance requests and liaise with tradespeopleTHE PERSON:Previous experience as either a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager who has experience across all tasks within a portfolioA current NSW Real Estate Certificate of RegistrationMust have a valid drivers licence and reliable carBe energetic, enthusiastic and someone who takes initiative for the benefit of the teamWell spoken and presentedTHE PERKS:Young and vibrant team with supportive director$100k salary package on offer for the right experienceMonday - Friday role | Keep your weekends free!Growing businessSubmit your CV by hitting APPLY NOW or contact:
