We are seeking an experienced and qualified Property Manager to join our fast-paced, dynamic award-winning team on a full-time basis.The role will see you managing a tidy, local portfolio of 200 properties in an end-to-end capacity, with no accounts or new business. You will have plenty of time to ensure that this portfolio is well maintained.You will be supported by a Senior Property Manager, Leasing Manager, fellow Property Managers, and Assistants.We are looking for a highly capable candidate who has at least 12 months Property Management experience with outstanding communication and organisational skills. You must have a passion for the industry and a good sense of humour.
