Property Manager

We currently have a position available for a Property Manager to join our team.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a team player who is passionate about real estate and property management.This position is the perfect role for a motivated, loyal person with exceptional presentation and strong attention to detail, looking to expand their skills and take a new exciting step in their property management career.Full time Monday – Friday preferred; however, hours can be negotiable for the right applicant.Key tasks and responsibilities include:Work closely with the Property Management team to grow and develop the rental portfolioProvide an exceptional experience for all clientsConduct property inspectionsPrepare reports and renting documentationManage rent arrears, reviews, rent renewals and maintenanceVetting tenancy applicationsDaily communication with clientsAttendance at VCAT, where requiredBe an advocate for the brandSkills, attributes, knowledge, and experience required:Good standard of document processing and skills in utilising cloud-based softwareExcellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational skills including the ability to multitask and prioritiseAbility to develop and maintain effective working relationshipsAbility to adapt and focus in a fast-paced and diverse work environmentPosition requirements:Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate, Agent's Representative)Reliable, registered, and insured vehiclePrevious experience in a property management role is preferredCover letter and resume will be treated in strictest confidence and should be sent to ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
