You'll have the autonomy to make an impact while being part of a dynamic team that values your expertise.
What You'll Do:Portfolio Management: Oversee a variety of properties, making sure each one is running smoothly and maintaining high standards.Tenant & Client Relations: Build and maintain great relationships with tenants and property owners, addressing any issues with a proactive approach and a smile.Lease & Compliance: Handle lease agreements, renewals, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, keeping things organized and up-to-date.Maintenance & Upkeep: Coordinate maintenance requests, working with trusted vendors to make sure properties are well-maintained and tenants are happy.Financial Oversight: Prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and track expenses to keep properties profitable and clients satisfied.Who You Are:A seasoned property management pro with 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial property management.Highly knowledgeable in leases, property regulations, and budgeting.A great communicator with top-notch problem-solving skills.Team-oriented and committed to delivering a positive experience for clients and tenants alike.We look forward to helping you make a great next move in your property management career!
