Full-Time Property Manager – Real EstateIf you're a bright, enthusiastic and mature person looking for a challenging and demanding career alongside a supportive, hard-working and fun team, then this position could be for you. The successful applicant would become a key member of our Property Management Team, working to ensure that we continue to deliver the highest level of service to our clients and customers. Duties would be varied and include property inspections, attending to repairs and maintenance, arrears management, conflict resolution and liaising with Property Investors and Tenants.
Skills & Attributes: Exceptional customer service and communication skillsWell-organised, highly motivated and capable of multi-taskingStrong work ethicExcellent conflict resolution skillsCapable of working under pressure and meeting deadlinesShow plenty of enthusiasm and passion for the real estate professionExcellent computer and clerical skillsHold a current driver's licenceWilling to learn and adaptTeam playerCareer-focusedPast experience, a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is highly desirableAttractive Salary Package including car allowance and bonuses.
