Our client is a boutique agency that operates in the heart of Fairfield City council. It is recognized in the area as one of the leading offices that dominate this market. This particular office has the highest market share within the area delivering outstanding results for their clientele.

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and professional Property Manager who loves to work hard to achieve goals. Monday - Friday, this is your chance to join a strong Property management division with a locally based portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Looking after 200 properties - all local to Fairfield area Effectively liaise with tenants & landlords Attending Tribunals Conduct incoming, outgoing, and routine inspections Complete repairs & maintenance management Arrears control Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals Working towards targets and KPIs The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
You will have 1 year + experience in Property Management A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License Strong attention to detail and strong organisation skills Must be a team player and have a good nature You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate The Benefits:
