The role Crown Lands is currently seeking to appoint a Property Management Project Officer to coordinate and contribute to high level Crown land management activities and projects. The role will provide specialist advice to customers and staff to achieve government priorities in the management of Crown land.
The role undertakes high level land and tenure management and will coordinate a range of strategic and technical projects to ensure that Crown Land is leased, licensed, reserved or otherwise used in accordance with the provisions of the Crown Lands Management Act 2016.
Your outstanding customer service and collaboration skills will see you developing, maintaining, and fostering relationships with key internal and external stakeholders such as local Councils, Crown Land Managers, and tenure holders.

What you will bring to the role Client focused and have project management experienceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders and clients across North Coast NSWDemonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Solid time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to contribute to group efforts and support colleagues in achieving objectives.Enjoys autonomy, being able to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions.Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate and present solutions, ideas and recommendations to deliver practical outcomes.Interpreting and applying complex legislation and policy for property management would be highly advantageous.Tertiary qualifications in property management or other relevant field or thorough working knowledge and experience in the management and administration of land and property.Current drivers licence, with the ability and willingness to travel (including air travel).For more information read the full Role Description in the following link: Property Management Project Officer
