Property Management Administrator

Out Client based in Blackburn is looking for an experienced Property Management Administrator to join their team in early January. 
To be successful for this position you need to be:
Able to work isolated and autonomously.Must be PC savvy, highly organised, strong administrative skills and prior experience as a PA/secretary.Bookkeeping skills (highly regarded)Prior experience in either property management, facilities management and/or real estate (preferable) Some basic events coordination (beneficial but not essential)Able to book travel and accommodationInvoicing experienceMicrosoft proficient (Intermediate – Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook MS Teams)Experience with Xero software a MUSTMust be able to work 20-24hr per week. 
Long term contracts for the right candidate.
