Support a Partner and a team of Lawyers at this firm, where your skills & development will be a priority.The RoleYou will play a crucial role in supporting a senior Partner and be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and organising legal documents. The position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively. Your duties will include:Speaking with national clients.Preparing and amending legal documents.Online searches.Drafting routine correspondence.Client billing and client reporting.Expense reconciliation.Diary and email management.Ad-hoc administrative tasks.Skills & ExperienceThe successful candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant experience.Additionally, you will:Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, show initiative and work independently.Be highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail.Benefits & CultureThis firm is passionate about its people.
