ABOUT THE ROLE: Due to growth, a new role reporting into the Senior Property Manager supporting the Super Cheap Auto and BCF brands, based in Strathpine has become available.
As an integral team member of the Property and Store Development team, you will administer and execute Super Retail Group's (SRG) Property Management obligations related to leasing.
This includes reviewing leases, ensuring compliance with lease terms, reconciling rents, tracking, and reporting on payments and reducing the risk of arrears.
You will regularly liaise with landlords and managing Real Estate Agents as well as the wider Facilities team.
Importantly, you will input lease conditions and payments into SAP and work with Finance to ensure rents are paid correctly and on time.
This hybrid permanent, full-time opportunity will be based in the state-of-the-art Strathpine (when you're not WFH) with free onsite parking.
Key responsibilities: Creation of invoice requests, vendor modifications, asset disposals and capex forms.
Recording of Landlord Recoveries pursued and frequently follow up on invoice payments.
Processing of invoices including verifying scope of work carried out against purchase order estimate.
Ensure all expenditure is aligned to the SRG Group Procurement Policy, and that spend is in line with lease agreements.
Challenge and query invoices received that contain errors or are incorrectly charged to SRG.
Manage landlord correspondence using SAP, One Note, Excel Coordination and learning assumptions with Financial Obligations Reconciliation and Debt Collections.
Build and maintain relationships both external and internal stakeholders.
Liaise with Project Management on handover dates, store open dates for the purpose of setting up contracts in SAP.
ABOUT YOU: Demonstrated experience in a similar role working in Property or Finance where a key focus has been on the processing and reconciliation of invoices using SAP.
Excellent numeracy, analytical and computer literacy skills.
A sound working knowledge of SAP is essential, ideally using the Real Estate module.
High level of computer literacy with Intermediate Excel skills.
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage with team members across all levels.
