With a wealth of knowledge and experience, their staff are well equipped to provide this service to both private and business clients with an understanding and caring attitude. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a hardworking and motivated Property Lawyer to join their team based in the heart of Romsey. Your role will be to manage and expand existing caseload and dealing with a various range of residential property matters. Property Lawyer , the role: Managing the end-to-end process - from inception to completion Guiding clients through freehold/leasehold sales and purchases Handling re-mortgages and equity transfers Leading help to buy and new builds schemes Overseeing lease extensions Dealing with registered and unregistered properties Property Lawyer , the person: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive Minimum 3 years post qualified experience Knowledge and understanding of the Conveyancing Protocol Excellent communication and client care skills Highly organised and able to meet tight deadlines Thrive within a busy and challenging environment You will be assisted by a paralegal who is training to be a licensed conveyancer.
