Property Business Analyst – Asset ManagementYour opportunityProviding business, data and finance analysis, the BA role supports all aspects in the strategic planning and delivery of the Asset Management function at Scentre Group. The role works closely with Asset Managers and key business units including Leasing, Development, Research, Customer and support functions to deliver data driven insights and recommendations that drive asset performance and growth. You'll have an integral role within the team working with both internal and external stakeholders.Day-to-day you will be responsible for:Research, Data Analysis and Visualisation:Conduct detailed data analysis to support asset management strategies.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Excel.Strategic Planning and Project Management:Assist in the development and execution of strategic asset plans and other projects.Prepare feasibility studies and ROI assessments for new and existing projects.Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather necessary data and insights for project planning and execution.Competitive Analysis:Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and competitor activities.Develop memos and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations for senior managers.Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.Participate in meetings with asset managers, centre managers, leasing executives, and other individuals to discuss project progress and strategic initiatives.Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and buy-in from all relevant parties.Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data flow and reporting accuracy.Support the creation of asset scorecards and other dashboards for the business.What sets you apartExperience within a property company in a BA role.Research experience highly regarded.Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Advanced knowledge in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel), as well as financial analysis and valuation.Experience with data analysis, project management, and business strategy.Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.You will possess:Strong communication and influencing skills.Demonstrates agility and resilience.Ability to plan ahead, manage multiple deadlines and conflicting priorities.Ability to challenge existing processes to drive efficiencies.Ability to work independently.Analytical and curious mindset.Combine financial and business expertise in looking at opportunities.About usScentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
