About The Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to play an integral part in the delivery of exceptional client experiences. As a team, you and the Property Manager will responsible for the overall management of a portfolio of residential
properties on behalf of and to the satisfaction of, the owner and tenant.
You Will Be Responsible For, But Not Limited To
Conducting ingoing/outgoing reports and routine inspectionsLiaising with tenants and landlords Arranging maintenance and repairs, liaising with repairers and tenants, reporting to landlordsCoordinating lease agreementsAdvertising properties, conducting open homes and private inspectionsAssisting the Property Manager in all aspects of managing the portfolio
About You
A minimum of 1 year Property Management/Associate experienceYou have sound knowledge and understanding of current tenant legislationProblem solving and negotiation skills.Proven organisational skills - demonstrated ability to support in the management of a portfolio of properties and work within a teamAdaptability / flexibilityA Real Estate Licence or be willing to attain.A current Driver's Licence.
