About Role
This role will support and coordinate Workskil Australia's property and facilities activities. Some of the specific activities include managing and maintaining the Facilities Helpdesk requests, daily management of our vehicle fleet, coordinating maintenance and repairs of our sites.
This role is a full time, fixed term contract covering parental leave until August 2025 and will be based at our Head Office in Melrose Park.
You'll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week.
About You
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate good Knowledge in:
Managing and maintaining the Facilities Helpdesk requests.Managing vehicle fleet, including adhering to the service schedules, repairing, and claiming insurance, monitoring fuel use.Site maintenance and repairs.Site security, security issues, monitoring security systems and duress alarms.Procuring, and organising building works, site configuration changes and other property related projects (e.g. office equipment purchase and disposal)Management of site lease agreements, maintenance of site records, setup, renewal, relocation and winding-up of sites.Implementation and maintenance of key supplier contracts for Facilities-related expenditure.Maintenance and monitoring of assets, including tagging of assets, information about location, condition of assets, warranties, manufacturer details, vendor details and purchase price.Contract management processes and recording documentation in the applicable systems.
You Will Also Be Required To
Have previous demonstrated experience working within a similar role.Have proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word.

Remuneration
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging. With the Wellbeing Day benefit, you will still receive the remuneration of a full-time employee in addition to the ability to salary package.
