Uncapped opportunities to develop your career in the property industry Work within a collaborative and supportive team structure Melbourne | Land of the Wurundjeri People We have an opening for a proactive Property Administrator to join our highly regarded CBRE – ISPT Property Management team. Based in the Melbourne CBD, you will provide administrative support to the property management team and assist with financial tasks and leasing administration efforts.
Here's what you will focus on: Lease set up in Vision, rent reviews, tenant insurance register, tenant BG/security updates.Arrears Management - Issuing arrears letters (7, 14 & 21 days), assisting with critical date management and lease audits.Monthly tenant billings, recharges and reconciliation.Maintain and update tenant and contractor records and files, including public liability details, tenant files, leases, bank guarantees, contracts, and correspondence.Issue annual Outgoings budget and "wash-up" letters, process incoming and outgoing mail items including the AP inbox.Bank guarantee register maintenance and contractor invoice exception management.Create PO utilities contracts etc in helpdesk: Stats. Mgmt fees. Valuation. Sustainability (Envizi).Monthly tenant billings and recharges, including issuing of supporting documentation, process Sundry charges - Incl Embedded NW an EXT Trade calculator. Maintain supporting documents for recharge /Extended trade.Review daily running sheet for PO invoices, set up new creditors on the PO Module and check match up invoices against work orders - Exceptions.Here are some of the strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful: Demonstrated experience in property management, lease administration or a related field.An understanding of commercial leases, licenses and property documentation desirable.Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Highly organised with strong accuracy and attention to detail.Advanced level in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Understanding of finance administration.So, what's in it for you?
