Property Administrator –    About the Role: Our client is seeking a dedicated Property Administrator to join their team at one of Australia's most significant urban renewal projects.
You'll be an integral part of the Property Management division, providing high-level administrative support across commercial and retail tenancies within this vibrant precinct.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Property Management team in developing and managing annual business plans and financial budgets.
Assist with financial reporting, arrears collection, and maintaining up-to-date tenant records and lease documents.
Collaborate with the Head of Property Management in preparing portfolio analysis reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Manage the precinct inbox, coordinating responses with the building management team and escalating issues when necessary.
Support the Property Management team by documenting negotiated outcomes, managing lease administration, and ensuring compliance with all contracts and insurance requirements.
What You'll Bring: 2-5 years of experience in property administration with strong lease management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven organizational skills to manage multiple properties and reporting requirements efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property accounting systems like Yardi.
A proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure, solve complex issues, and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act NSW (desirable) and tertiary qualifications in property, business, or a related field (desirable).
