Projects & Specialized Applicators- Vic Job

Key Responsibilities• Strategy: To build a network of customers who have the capacity to win commercial projects and influence their purchasing decision making via existing distributors or directly through to Bostik.• Budget: Budget to align Construction Regional budget.• Product Portfolio: Work with technical and operations to optimize product portfolio to create and meet market needs.• Value chain: Work with sourcing, production, R&D in value chain to ensure we can meet market and specification demands on commercial projects.• Relationships management: Manage the relationship with distributors, National supply and apply businesses, commercial sub-contractors, industrial associations, and other core suppliers to capture commercial project opportunities.• Reporting: Provide regular reports as required.Required Profile• Tertiary Education and/or trade qualified.• Sound knowledge and understanding of the commercial and construction industry.• At least 5 years sales management experience or on site with track record.• Fluent in English, both oral and written.• Strong business sense; customer oriented; result driven.• Highly motivated.• Work autonomously.• Strong leadership.• Team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
