Job Description Competent in the development of design briefs and procurement of consultants and contractors Be able to carry out commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants and authorities within established limits of authority Provide out-of-hours support to project delivery Travel to different site locations Provide accurate and timely reporting to line management & key stakeholders The Successful Applicant Demonstrated project management and program coordination experience Understanding of government procurement and compliance requirements Experience in working with and managing complex stakeholder groups Problem-solving skills: Identifying business/customer needs, being creative in developing solutions, and presenting information to drive decisions and action Relevant degree, postgraduate qualification, and experience in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management, or similar field Management and leadership experience
