Construction Project Manager Based in Melbourne and reporting to our Head Of Projects we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the Australian & NZ operations of our Global Food & Beverage Retail company.
Work with the Head of Projects regarding all aspects of our Food & Beverage Retail Fitouts - including program, design, costings, approvals & permits, construction supervision and certification for occupancy. Lead and manage life cycle of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Foster relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to ensure project requirements are met. Ensure the implementation and compliance with all in house project management systems, procedures and project reporting.  Assist in / manage other projects in the region as assigned. What are skills and experience are we looking for? Experience  Experience in prioritising and managing multiple projects/tasks in food & beverage stores Experience within the retail & hospitality industry and multi-site management (preferred) Previous experience within a similar role of preferably 5 +years Knowledge  Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, including demonstrated experience in turnaround businesses. Detailed knowledge of Restaurant, Cafe & Bar operations would be an advantage. High level of literacy, numeracy and computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite. Skills Leadership and management skills. Demonstrated ability to build strong and effective working relationships from store teams through to Executive Level. Excellent organisation skills, time management and a high level of attention to detail. Provide consistent, friendly and efficient service to all internal and external customers.
