Our client, a leading banking institution, is seeking a Tech Implementation Lead/Manager to join their team for an initial 6-month with potential extensions. This role will oversee all technical implementation activities across the program, working closely with the Technical Implementation Manager and Program Manager to ensure the successful delivery of major initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute implementation plans and releases, including documenting Runbooks, Rosters, Communication plans, Release notes, and Change requests. Manage Production Change Requests through the Change Management lifecycle using the ITSM tool. Organize workshops for Runbook reviews, Implementation plans, and Rosters. Manage Dress Rehearsals in the Pre-Production environment. Own and execute Production Change Requests for Releases. Own and execute Environment Assessment requests for all non-production IERs. Skills and Experience: Prior experience in managing project delivery implementation. Extensive experience in relationship management activities (internally or externally). Proven experience interacting with Senior Management. Strong technical implementation planning skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, effective with technical and non-technical colleagues. Understanding of project management principles and methodologies used by the organization. Experience within banking and financial institutions is highly preferred.
