This role reports to and collaborates closely with the Senior Manager Electrical Engineering, as well as Managers in Electrical Engineering Delivery, High Voltage Systems, Low Voltage Systems, and Traction Power Operational Engineering.
A typical day may include a mix of: Assisting with the Processing HR system requests, recruitment/onboarding and travel requests.
Coordinating team training, records and training matrix.
Reporting – updating and monitoring risk register and team budget.
SAP system administration of recruitment requisitions, purchase orders, payment of ad-hoc invoices, reviewing and resolving open purchase orders, and submitting invoices for processing.
Performing general office and safety administration tasks.
Communicating policy and or general key updates to team.
What you will bring We are seeking a proactive, solutions-oriented individual with a positive attitude who excels in a dynamic environment and tackles challenges with a positive mindset.
The ideal candidate will also have: Experience providing high-level business administrative/project support to a team of Managers or Senior Executives.
Highly skilled in using SAP and Visio applications.
Proven ability to show initiative and effectively plan and execute tasks independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and exceptional ability to manage multiple changing priorities and deadlines.
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new requirements.
Experience maintaining high level of confidentiality and professionalism while fostering productive working relationships with employees at all levels.
