Project Support Officer

Audio Visual (AV) technology rollout project Initial 6 month contract | QLD Gov $426.88/day + super About the Client Joining the Technology Renewal Team of our large, QLD Government client you will be responsible for the continual rollout of audio visual (AV) technology.
This technology provides capabilities such as audio amplification, presentation, recording and transcription, telephone and video conferencing.
About the Role As the AV Project Officer, you will: Assist in the preparation of technical documentation for upcoming projects based upon the established design briefs and the approved program plan.
The documentation provides essential information as part of the Request for Quote provided to AV Suppliers.
Review and endorse AV Supplier solution proposals, bills of materials, technical specifications, and layout plans.
Provide technical advice to AV Suppliers as the AV systems they have newly installed.
Undertake User Acceptance Testing of newly completed installations on behalf of the Audio Visual team, as required.
Assist in the review of established AV designs, including researching alternative technologies that may deliver increased functionality to users and/or reduce technology costs.
Technical skills, abilities and cultural capabilit To be successful you will be able to read, comprehend and interpret technical and business documents as well as write concise, logical and grammatically correct business documents.
