Our Brisbane and wider APAC Acoustics & Vibration team is seeking a dedicated admin resource to help with a busy workload to help deliver projects on time.
Using your previous experience in both administration and project coordination you will assist our consultants to deliver comprehensive, professional, and seamless administration and project support.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutside of bringing your fantastic self to work you will also be responsible for:
Setting up of new project opportunities and maintaining up to date project records in our financial program Deltek Vantage Point.Working with our internal project leads to collate and update project financial information such as invoicing, forecasting and WIP.Scheduling and minute taking for internal team meetings.Maintaining internal membership lists for our various internal systems; technical forum, resourcing tools and equipment bookings (including assigning internal costings).Carrying out varied administrative duties, requiring familiarity with a range of word processing and data-based programs including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.Completing work in a time efficient manner, meeting all reasonable deadlines, with accuracy and good presentation.Skills and experienceYou will need to have a 5-10 years' experience in a similar role with proven experience in these areas.
Experience within consulting / professional services or an interest in an environmental solutions firm will be advantageous.
