  This is an exciting opportunity for Site Supervisor (Mechanical or Elextrical) based in Sydney.
 This position is  night shift only , Monday to Friday - no weekend work.
You will be an integral part of the team to make sure everything is running smoothly through the night.  Monitor project performance  against the project schedule and make necessary adjustments to ensure that the project does not fall behind Site Reporting  to look ahead, track progress, and monitor on-site resources and costs Promote a proactive approach to Health & Safety  and lead by example creating a safety conscious culture Manage site activity  to meet the requirements of the project schedule which identifies contract milestones and the resources needed Benefits Work in a highly automated equipment supply Access to an EAP wellbeing support scheme $1500 AUD Employee Referral Programme Opportunity to purchase shares in the Company when they are available $5,000 sign on bonus Skills and Experience To be considered for this role you must be eligible to work in Australia and your current skill set will include the following: Trade qualification in either mechanical or electrical background preferred Minimum of five years relevant experience working on-site in a project environment, ideally from within a construction background / project installation Sound working knowledge of project scheduling and planning Demonstrated team leadership skills Sound interpersonal skills including effective communication and relationship building
