Project Scheduler

Technical Requirements: The role will consist of but will not be limited to the following activities: * Experience using Microsoft Project for the scheduling of complex projects and programs of work (MS Project is accessed via Project Online) * Developing and maintaining a detailed project schedule that clearly articulate all project tasks, task owners, task dependencies, durations, key milestones, all key deliverables and due dates.
* Tracking the status of all tasks incorporated in the project schedule and identifying actions required to address tasks that have fallen behind schedule though liasing with teams leads/manager including vendor partners * Assist in resource capacity planning across the project, using the MS Project Online capabilities * Providing key inputs into the weekly project status report * Contributing to project status reports as required * Contributing to monthly project Steering Committee Reports for Executive Management * Maintaining the project Criteria: Experience an highly proficient in using MS Project to plan and maintain project schedules Min 2 years large-scale IT project experience where you developed and managed the project schedule Experience with PMBOK/Prince 2 project management methodology (or similar) Experience working within a large portfolio with many inter-project dependencies Experince using MS Project Online Please note this is a Brisbane based role.
