The Senior Administration Officer is responsible for day-to-day support to direct report on administration issues to ensure standards and deliverables are maintained. Supporting the Coordinator, Rating Authority Valuations Administration, Manager Contract Management, and Contract Management team, this role will require an individual with proven experience providing quality-assured and timely administration support and will be able to work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Local Government, contract managers, and valuers to ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner and VGV's obligations are fulfilled.Daily administration of general administration and correspondence between all stakeholders.Screening and attending to a broad range of enquiries and telephone requests and ensuring follow-up action is taken.Liaising with internal and external organisations and individuals at all levels within the private and public sector on sensitive and confidential matters.Provide a range of administrative tasks including processing invoices, actioning and distributing mail as required.Arrange meetings, functions, and valuation conferences for VGV including VCAT and court attendances.
