In this role, you will: be responsible for executing a range of tasks related to various IT systems and tools, including records management and finance systems and other specialised systems utilised by the commission.be a key member of a team working on two priority IT system project implementations, which will include working on recruitment and procurement administration activities.This role will suit someone that is proactive, able to multi-task and keen to learn. You may not have had experience across all the tasks as it is varied, but you will be willing to jump in and become a part of the team.
This is a full-time, six-month fixed-term position based at 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne, requiring on-site presence five days a week. Position details: The position is responsible for:
undertaking IT system administration activities related to records management and other internal systems managed by GLOE.actioning and executing requests via our IT triage system related to other digital tools managed by GLOE division, specifically Content Manager (TRIM), SharePoint and Teams.managing Commission relations with our external records storage facility.assisting the IT department in actioning and implementing IT tasks, and troubleshooting as required.managing team and project invoices and other procurement activities.assisting with recruitment processes to support an IT project, including required documentation.Please refer to the attached position description for the principal functions and key selection criteria.
