You will work closely with stakeholders from across the EPA to understand the digital systems used across the organisation and develop system onboarding information that can be utilised by new and existing staff members. This will include the identification, consolidation and update of existing materials, and the development of new materials. The role will also support activities associated with the pilot of a digital adoption platform to support ongoing staff training and effective use of our core digital systems. You will be responsible for the delivery of the requirements as identified as being in scope for the Systems Onboarding and Digital learning project, aligned to EPA's strategic priorities, to prevent harm to Victorian communities and the environment from pollution and waste. 
This is an exciting role for a project officer who wants to contribute to the success of the EPA as it enters a new era of environmental protection in Victoria. 
In this role you will: Working under the direction of the Digital Product Manager, lead the development of the EPA systems onboarding package, and provide support as required for a digital adoption platform pilot project.Work closely with EPA IT, Regulatory Enablement, and People and Culture teams, to develop and implement foundational systems onboarding information, including mapping, consolidation and/or development of new instructional information relating to EPA systems.Support the facilitation of engagement with partners and stakeholders as required, including, EPA system users and IT delivery partners.Undertake administrative processes and other tasks as directed for the effective achievement of project outcomes; ensure that all Government and EPA policies and procedures, such and financial management, occupational health and safety, and conduct are complied with.Skills and experience: Excellent communications skills including the ability to effectively communicate complex matters through clear and succinct written material, engaging presentations and effective meetings and conversations.
Knowledge and experience in supporting IT systems development, training, or guidance development.Management skills and demonstrated capability to plan, monitor and deliver projects / programs consistent with organisational priorities, including risk identification and management, work sequencing; optimise the allocation and use of resources; and evaluate project / program effectiveness.A proven record of achievement in a similar role which contributes to organisational excellence, high standards of performance and a positive organisational culture.Click the "Apply" button to submit your application and cover letter addressing the key selection criteria. Applications close 11:59pm Sunday, 7 July 2024.  All prospective employees will also undergo a National Criminal Record Check prior to an offer of employment.You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
