Full-time Fixed-Term opportunity finishing 22 October 2025Base salary will range from: $78,944.40 - $87,750.37 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 5)Strong commitment and action toward a diverse and inclusive workforce Based predominately at our vibrant and picturesque About This Opportunity We are seeking an agile and highly motivated Program Officer to support the delivery of an online learning program for researchers around the globe as part of the UQ International Development team (UQID) within the Global Partnerships portfolio.
Working collaboratively within a small-sized, fast-paced and high-performing project team, you will coordinate and support a wide range of tasks to achieve program objectives.This is an ideal role for a person with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
If you are passionate about delivering high quality outcomes and driving team success, we encourage you to apply!Responsibilities include:Organize and deliver program learning activities (live sessions, recordings).Manage participant correspondence and support.Support monitoring and evaluation activities (surveys, data management).Assist with project reports, documents, and process improvement.Provide general office support and administrative tasks.Coordinate purchases and maintain program equipment and supplies.Support project financial administration.Facilitate participant enrolment in UQ systems.

Able to prioritize, work under pressure, meet deadlines, follow policies and procedures, and exercise initiative and sound judgment.Strong interpersonal skills and client service focus with a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with people from diverse backgrounds with sensitivity and awareness of cultural differences.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, whilst taking full accountability for the efficient delivery of assigned tasks within agreed timeframes and service standardsAbility to quickly learn and master different software applications.Knowledge of the higher education sector, particularly in relation to international development.?Questions?
