About the position Join headspace Wollongong in this impactful new opportunity as a Project Officer.
This project will be the first of its kind for the centre and represents a big step towards ensuring headspace Wollongong is providing culturally appropriate care to young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
As a Project Officer, you will work collaboratively with managers, staff and other key stakeholders to lead a culturally appropriate 'listening tour' with Aboriginal groups and individuals.
Working closely with the Manager and Community Engagement Officer, you will develop the project plan, facilitate conversations and synthesise the findings to be used for strategic planning of the centre.
This opportunity is available part-time (up to 15 hours per week), to 30 June 2025.
Hours and days are negotiable.
