Project Officer – Civilian Armoured Vehicle Team
We are seeking a dedicated Project Officer to join our team and play a vital role in managing the Civilian Armoured Vehicle (CAV) capability for a major client of ours. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Armoured Vehicle team, various business areas, and technical experts to implement service improvements and enhance CAV capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of activities.
- Foster a service-oriented culture that ensures high-quality, reliable, and timely support to the CAV Team.
- Design and produce infographics for project presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Develop and execute communication plans, creating content for various channels to facilitate effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of change management strategies for smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of training programs and project plans to support project initiatives.
- Help develop and implement frameworks, policies, guidelines, and resources that achieve business outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
**Key Skills/Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role.
- Essential experience in vehicle fleet management.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in creating infographics and visual aids.
- Knowledge of change management practices and principles.
- Experience in developing project plans.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or project management software.
