The Project & Office Admin Officer is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of projects while ensuring business systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and best practices. This role involves coordinating project timelines, managing resources, and maintaining stakeholder communication, as well as overseeing compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, track project progress, and ensure business systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration: Assist with various administrative tasks and manage supplier communications. Systems Compliance & Governance: Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks across business functions, ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure. Project Management: Coordinate end-to-end projects, including new client onboarding and special projects, while managing stakeholder engagement. New Client Onboarding: Ensure effective documentation, collaborate with AEYS teams, conduct training, and provide post-implementation support. Workplace Health & Safety: Promote a safe working environment, adhering to WHS policies.Skills, Qualifications, and Attributes
Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Education, Business, Project Management, Community Development, or related fields. Licenses: Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain), open and current driver's license, child protection training (or ability to complete). Skills: Strong communication, organisation, time management, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Google Business or Microsoft Office; experience with Asana is advantageous. Experience: Proven experience managing projects. Knowledge of the early childhood sector and experience working in regional communities is desirable but not essential.Core Competencies
