About the Role Due to exciting growth with upcoming projects along the East Coast, we're currently seeking applications from experienced Project Managers to step into a key role within our team, focusing on our upcoming solar projects. Roster: 2/1 roster Point of Hire: FIFO Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne Here's what you'll be getting up to: * You'll take charge of complex projects, or even handle multiple projects at once, ensuring they are executed smoothly and profitably. * From the initial financial close to the final commissioning and energisation of our solar PV projects, you'll be responsible for every step, driving success from start to finish. * You'll lead, guide, and motivate a high-performing project team, ensuring we meet all project requirements and maintain our commitment to excellence. * Your problem-solving skills will be put to good use, identifying innovative and cost-effective solutions to enhance productivity and profitability. * You'll build and manage a capable project team, establishing effective processes to keep everything aligned with our objectives and timelines. * Safety and quality are paramount. You'll ensure our projects adhere to all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and quality standards. * You'll work closely with other departments, assisting with technical due diligence as needed, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success. * Finally, you'll maintain an open feedback loop, promoting continuous improvement and driving efficiencies that align with our strategic vision. About You We're after someone who's not just ticking boxes but is ready to bring energy and leadership to our projects. Here's what you'll bring to the table: * A degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. * 7+ years of solid project management experience in the Australian power, energy, or construction industries. * Experience with renewable energy projects. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence across all levels. * Most importantly, you're a natural leader who knows how to inspire a team, champion safety, and drive everyone towards our shared goals.
