About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Zero Emission Bus and Depot Electrification projects.
Reporting to the National ZEB Infrastructure Manager, you'll oversee every detail—leading people, managing processes, and balancing budgets to deliver each project on time, within scope, and on budget.

What You'll Do: Manage Projects End-to-End: Oversee the development, management, and commissioning of zero emission projects, adjusting plans based on progress and financial analysis.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with internal and external partners, from management and supervisors to clients and suppliers, to define clear project scopes and deliverables that meet contractual requirements.
Drive Strategic Success: Work alongside the National ZEB Infrastructure Manager to deliver departmental goals, negotiate project contracts, and protect the company's interests.
Ensure Smooth Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed with comprehensive project plans and reports, and represent the company at project meetings.
Risk Management Expertise: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
Safety: Implement strict protocols and regularly monitor procedures to ensure that safety is consistently maintained in all operations What We're Looking For: A tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering (highly desirable) and/or Project Management.
Background in electrical engineering with exposure to working with electrical distributors, retailers, and ASPs.
Experience in managing project transitions, particularly with zero-emission initiatives, is ideal.
Familiarity with the electrical distributor, retailer, and ASP industry, plus contract and financial management expertise.
Proven time management and multitasking skills for handling multiple projects.
Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
Detail-oriented, professional, and proficient in MS Office, including MS Project.
