This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading This Government department in the Brisbane CBD currently operates with two primary telephony and contact centre management solutions (Genesys Cloud (Genesys) and Sinch Contact Centre).
They are commencing a project with an objective to transition to a single telephony solution that can accommodate all current and future requirements.
Initial three months working onsite then transition to flexible work arrangements with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home.
Our client in the Qld Government is urgently seeking a project manager to lead the Telephony Project.
Role The Project Manager will: Plan, develop and execute the project, including managing project scope, timelines, budget, quality, and resources.
Facilitate a significant procurement activity and lead contract negotiations.
Effectively manage project risks, issues and dependencies, including technology and financial related.
Work with internal business areas to identify and secure resources to contribute to the project (e.g.
SMEs, technology, contracts and procurement).
Prepare key project documentation and artefacts.
Effectively communicate with Senior Responsible Officer and project stakeholders.
Ensure appropriate project controls are in place to complete monthly reports on project progress.
Develop clear stakeholder management and engagement plans that ensures information sharing throughout project delivery.
Build strong and effective working relationships with business representatives and key stakeholders.
Drive operational and business readiness for change and training coordination.
Skills and Experience Previous experience implementing a telephony system across a large and complex organisations, including technical understanding telephony systems integrations, implementation and test planning.
Experience working with internal and external ICT stakeholders (e.g.
ICT vendors).
Experience coordinating staff training schedule.
Experience with one or both of the current telephony and contact centre management products would be beneficial.
Experience in procurement related activities would be beneficial.
Experience using MS Project to manage project schedule.
