Higgins is seeking a Project Manager to be part of the exciting growth phase of the Tamworth branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, no day is the same, as our clients and projects are varied across the New England and North West region although based in Tamworth. You will be responsible for the execution of all repaint commercial projects from start to finish. Typical projects include public and private schools, aged care and local government sites.
While you are 'off the tools', 80% of your time is spent travelling to various sites and 20% in the office working with our sales and admin team. Key responsibilities include:
Lead the completion of works for concurrent projects safely, on time, to contract specification, and to budget. Day to day planning of labour and materials Problem solving and job monitoring Work with the sales team to assess job costings and methodology Ensure strong conformity to Higgins WHS standards and systems Completing all documentation electronically To Succeed : You must be a trade qualified painter with a minimum of 5 years of commercial painting experience, managing small teams on concurrent projects. Ideally, you will also have experience in:
