Project Administrator - HVAC Mechanical ConstructionSalary: $90k-$100k + SuperContact: Call Dave on | Opportunity/CompanyA national, Tier I Mechanical contractor with a strong track record for delivering high profile projects across Australia is now seeking an ambitious Project Administrator to join their team in a permanent position.PositionReporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the project management team in the delivery of projects across the commercial, healthcare, data centre & retail spaces.
This will involve performing a number of duties including:Monitoring financial performance of the projectManaging the procurement scheduleManaging and monitoring sub-contractorsPreparing variationsManaging monthly progress claimsThe position will involve both office & site based work.YouYou will have prior experience as a contract administrator within the construction sector, ideally working for a mechanical/electrical/plumbing or fire contractor.
You will be comfortable working across multiple projects, dealing with some larger projects in the commercial sector.
