Our team manages every one of these locations, and we work together with our business units on all things property, from site acquisition through to asset management.
Our Tactical Projects Team is involved with every one of these locations, working side-by-side with our business units and other support functions with the delivery of various initiatives and exciting innovations that touch all our stores.
A new opportunity as Construction Project Manager has arisen within our tight-knit and highly engaged Tactical Projects Team.
Applications close on October 11. About the roleReporting to the Head of the Tactical Projects Team & Liquor Construction, you'll be responsible for project planning, scheduling, administration, resource allocation, delivery, cost reporting, quality, and safety.
You'll alsoDeliver all innovations, tactical projects and roll outs on time and budget, as defined by the project scope.Support business strategies, nominated design standards and customer expectations, in a consistent manner, across all stores.Effectively manage all innovations, tactical projects and roll out activities, including required internal and external resources, from point of project initiation and development to end execution and post implementation review.Effectively monitor and report full project status, including project deployment timelines, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.About you and your skillsPossessing tertiary qualifications in Construction / Project Management, you'll have 2 years experience at Construction Project Manager level and no more than 7 years work experience in total.
You've delivered multiple small and medium scale capital works projects, ideally within retail or the residential / commercial sector.
A passionate go-getter, you work comfortably autonomously and communicate confidently with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
Importantly, you deliver solutions under pressure and at pace.
You'll also haveDemonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders as well as able to influence outcomes.Excellent report writing, budget management, and planning skills.Ability to occasionally travel interstate on a project basis.Effective time & programme management skills.Take your next step into something bigger, apply now.
