Role Overview: As a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager, you will lead pivotal subdivision projects from inception to completion.
Your role will encompass team coordination, stakeholder management, resource oversight, and ensuring projects meet rigorous deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification is essential.
Proven track record as a Project Manager in construction and subdivisions.
Strong leadership abilities with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Impeccable organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Deep knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Benefits:
