________________________________________ Your Mission (Key Accountabilities & Deliverables): As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee projects through their entire lifecycle, delivering results with precision and professionalism: 1.
Strategic Leadership: Lead and coordinate all moving aspects of the project, from ideation through to completion, ensuring successful achievement of project goals.

Plan & Deliver: Drive projects from initiation to closure, ensuring outcomes meet time, cost, and quality benchmarks.

Critical Path Mastery: Prepare detailed, milestone-driven project programs.

Risk Mitigation: Identify risks early and manage vendor, financial, and resource challenges with confidence.
5.
Change Champion: Implement effective change management strategies, collaborating with Change Managers to achieve top-tier results.
6.
Framework Development: Maintain and enhance project management frameworks, standards, and guidelines.
7.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.

Policy & Best Practice Knowledge: Expertise in ICT best practices and the ability to craft effective policies and procedures.
