The Opportunity As a Project Manager for retail, your central role revolves around ensuring the timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects and campaigns, both internally within the agency and externally to clients.
You'll be responsible for managing the artwork and production for all collateral across the 280 Optus stores.
Your daily responsibilities include managing client relationships and internal communications within the agency.
This position requires a close collaboration with your team, emphasising the critical importance of effective communication, a fervent passion for brands and creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
A snapshot of what you'll do Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of projects, to the highest quality, as per business priorities.
Become an expert on the Optus brand and media/retail placements to ensure all work is as per guidelines and best practice and external agencies are supplied with accurate specifications when producing assets to be rolled out across Optus owned and paid for channels.
Management and overview of the overall delivery of assigned projects from start to finish, communicating project plans to Optus and ensuring alignment with client processes (e.g., legal and stakeholder review SLAs).
Collaborate with Senior Traffic Manager, Studio Manager, and Production Manager regarding resource requirements for creative, studio, and production, ensuring that timelines are accurate and achievable and briefs are clear and concise.
Work closely with the Operations team to introduce new software, technology, and processes.
Learn how the Cape system (AI) works and manage the process to develop artwork through the platform.
Manage and follow up on all internal out of scope and third-party production costs including raising estimates, job numbers, PO numbers, and liaising with clients on receiving POs.
Plus much more! Your ideal experience Experience working as Account Manager/Project Manager in an Advertising, PR, Marketing, Communications, or similar environment.
Proven experience working on advertising campaigns and comms projects.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Knowledge of Advertising: TV, radio, print production, sponsorships & other emerging media including digital; web, email, mobile.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and the Google Suite.
