About the role: Review planning deliverables including build strategy, site plan, waterfall chart, P6 schedule, and Resource Plan Review supply chain deliverables such as MTO, EOL, and Subcontractor Activities Collaborate with trades and PCM to develop weekly activity plans for supervisors Ensure timely delivery of information (design/work instructions/SOP) JIT to point of use Manage and balance resources for progress in accordance with the schedule Promote and implement continual improvement initiatives through corrective actions and issue management Ensure HSE&Q Standard conformance and promote a culture of continual improvement Coach and mentor supervisors, supporting their training and development of workers What you will need: Australian Citizenship and ability to pass a baseline clearance Relevant Trade Qualifications, with marine engineering experience Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor Strong influence and negotiation skills Senior First Aid Certificate (Desired) Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Word and Excel HSEQ Knowledge in a marine environment What We Can Offer: $150K to $160K + Super, Laptop and Phone, Salary Sacrificing, Novated Leasing, Retailer discounts, EAP, Insurance discounts Your Next Steps: If you believe you have the required skills and experience for this role, apply now with your current resume.
